Does pain & restricted movement keep you from living the life you want?
Sports injuries, slips & falls, motor vehicle accidents, repetitive actions & work, and builtup tension from everyday stresses can cause problems that can stay with us indefinitely.
Try a massage that makes a difference.
By assessing your posture with a plumb line, I can see where your body is pulling off balance. This indicates where the tension needs to be alleviated.
After taking a history of your complaint, a plumb line assessment, and orthopedic tests (if required), I proceed to correct your concerns with massage, stretches, and joint mobilizations. Afterward, I reassess with the plumb line for results of the treatment. Stretches and exercises will be suggested to further improve and maintain the treatment.
